Stock Coordinator
We are expanding the operations of Basingstoke Scout Shop and we are looking for more help to truly embrace this amazing asset. Since January 2023 we launched our online offering and this has grown amazingly and we need to continue to build on this. We are moving our online operations into the district hub and we are looking for a volunteer to look after our dispatch operations within the District Hub.
The role will be looking after the rota for our dispatch volunteers, monitoring and ordering stock for the hub and maintaining the general admin of the online side of the shop. You will need to be IT literate as there is a number of systems to use, but full training will be given. We expect the time commitment to be around an 1 to 2 hours per fortnight and can be done alongside other Scout roles. The role is an Active support coordinator role, so in most cases no additional training modules are required.
